Your delivery time gets a 5 star review, the replacement pods are good…but it’s very disappointing that the liquid I use is hardly ever in stock and I can only get it sporadically and never more than one at a time. We travel and I like to have an extra one on hand.

Service was great as always but Caliburn changed up the orientation of the pods. The red fill part was always on the side opposite the air vent on the bottom of the pod. Now it's on the same side as the air vent on the bottom. I've only used one pod so far because I had an old one still but this new version seems to leak or sweat or weep a tiny bit more than the old ones. Don't know why they'd switch em. Not like the change makes operation any different. Now you just have to get accustom to filling from the opposite side.
Not really THAT big of a deal - after I've just ranted on about it - but was something I was wondering if anyone else found odd as well.
